Aim and Scope

The Nortis Journal of Sports Sciences (NJSS) aims to examine contemporary developments in the field of sports sciences with a holistic and inclusive perspective, and to share original research articles and reviews with the academic community.

To achieve this aim, the journal covers a broad range of disciplines within sports sciences, including but not limited to:

In addition to these fundamental areas, the journal also encourages and welcomes interdisciplinary studies connected to sports sciences and related fields. This multidisciplinary approach reflects NJSS’s commitment to promoting a comprehensive and inclusive academic dialogue.

Launched in 2025, the Nortis Journal of Sports Sciences is an international peer-reviewed journal published quarterly (January, April, July, and October). The journal accepts and publishes full-text articles in Turkish and English.
